Unionreps Connect is back for 2025 for its fourth and most important conference yet, bringing union reps from across the UK together in Birmingham for a day packed with learning, networking, and inspiration.
This year’s programme offers more choice than ever – from an employment rights bill update in the morning to equality-themed sessions, a dedicated health and safety workshop, and more. And thanks to feedback from reps, you’ll now have the opportunity to attend more workshops throughout the day.
