Webinar - The gender pay gap
This event has ended
Outcome summary

The average young woman aged between 18 and 21 working full-time starts her career earning £1,845 less annually than her male peers. Meanwhile, the gap at 30 (£3,670) more than doubles over the following decade to hit £7,400 annually when a woman reaches 40.

We believe is wholly unacceptable. So what can we do in our workplaces now to reduce this gap?

The TUC's Scarlet Harris hosted a live webinar to discuss these issues. Watch the recording.
