This event will provide union reps with practical approaches to identifying, preventing and tackling sexual harassment in the workplace through organising, collective bargaining, inspections and risk assessments.

The session will explore how reps can support members, engage employers, use health and safety structures effectively, and take meaningful action to create safer workplaces for all workers.

The event will also share emerging research, examples of good practice, and practical tools that reps can take back into their own workplaces and unions.
