Rhianydd has led on many of the workplace campaigns including, Menopause in the workplace, Disability and hidden Impairments, Autism awareness and the workplace, Mental health and the workplace, Sexual harassment and the workplace, Supporting older workers, LGBTQ+ 10 point plan, Anti Racism and the workplace 10 actions for workplace reps.
Prior to working at the Wales TUC, Rhianydd worked for Assembly Members in Cardiff Bay, Stonewall Cymru and the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills. She has also sat on the board of Women Adding Value to the Economy (WAVE) and the Wales Social Partners Unit (WSPU).
