New for Congress 2017 is a web based version of motions and composites. This is designed to make it easier for you view and keep track of Congress debates as they happen on the floor. It has the full composited version of all motions and amendments and will note live whether they have passed, fallen or been remitted, as well as incorporating emergency motions and any revisions to the running order.
