Over the past year, we seen union members up and down the country take action to win pay rises. During Young Workers Month, join us for a day of practical workshops and talks on winning pay rises in your workplace. It’s an opportunity to:

• Learn skills on negotiation and organising 
• Understand how to escalate action in your workplace alongside negotiations
• Meet other young members across the movement and learn from each other's experiences
• Hear from quest speakers on the importance of working with unions

This event is open to all members who meet their union's definition of young.
