Overview

Two million people in the UK are now estimated to have Long Covid, with those workers in health and social care and education most likely to be affected.

Join us for this discussion where we’ll talk reps through the legal responsibilities their employer should have in place for supporting members with Long Covid, including introducing reasonable adjustments so members with Long Covid don’t face disadvantage at work.

Speakers include Clare Armstrong from the Equality & Human Rights Commission's legal team, Damien McNulty, NASUWT's National Officer for Salaries, Pensions and Conditions of Service and Kirsty Stanley, an occupational therapist from the Long Covid Support Employment Group.
