Following on from the success of last year's event, the Northern Reps Summit is back for 2024! 

Bringing together reps from across the region, the summit offers you the opportunity to hear about some of the movement's biggest issues and gain new knowledge, skills and tools to take back to your workplace.

The summit is also the perfect way to connect with other reps, enabling you to share common challenges and problem solve together. 

So if you're a workplace rep - whether you've been in the role for 20 minutes or 20 years - join us for a day of learning, planning and solidarity! 

You'll hear from a great line up of speakers and get involved in some really interesting workshops. Including: 

• Tackling the rise of the far-right in our workplaces
• Green bargaining - how workers can set the agenda during the green transition
• The TUC's new Our Work Matters campaign - justice for outsourced facilities workers
• Steps to sustainability in the workplace
• How to win! What we can learn from recent industrial action. 

There will also be an opportunity to tell us what challenges your facing and what TUC Northern can do over the next year to help you tackle them.
