TUC LESE Disabled Members Network

The TUC LESE Disabled Members Network is committed to championing the rights and wellbeing of disabled workers across the region. The network provides a vital platform for disabled members to raise concerns, share experiences, and influence policy within the trade union movement.

Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, the network works to challenge discrimination, promote accessibility, and ensure that disabled voices are heard in workplaces and beyond. It also supports campaigns that address barriers to employment, reasonable adjustments, and inclusive practices.

The Disabled Members Network brings together members from a wide range of industries, creating a supportive space to exchange information, share best practice, and discuss issues affecting disabled workers. All are welcome to participate, contribute, and help shape the network’s work.
