Our people

The TUC team works in Congress House in London, in Brussels, and across England and Wales.

We’re led by our General Secretary, Paul Nowak, and supported by our Assistant General Secretary, Kate Bell.

If you would like to interview Paul or Kate, please contact the TUC media team.

The TUC believes that all organisations should publish information about their gender pay gap to support the fair treatment and reward of all workers irrespective of gender, so we are publishing our gender pay gap even though we have fewer than 250 employees.
