TUC Education has moved to Stream

We've moved our website to a new platform, read ahead to find out what this means for your learning.

Why have we moved to Stream?

Thousands of you completed TUC Education’s reps survey in 2019 and we heard you loud and clear that our learning was difficult to navigate, and you wanted a clearer route to resources. So, we’ve moved to Stream, our new learning platform for reps.

The platform increases communication between reps through chat functions, makes it easier to find content and allows you to set up your own learning plan so resources are catered to your learning requirements.

All of our online learning is now hosted through Stream, like our interactive guides on Covid-19 and our self study version of Union Reps Stage 1. You can sign up to Stream here

Due to Covid-19, our classroom delivery is currently restricted, and we are running tutor-led online versions of our usual face to face courses. These are hosted through Stream and you can sign up to them here.

How do I sign up to Stream?

Simply click here and create a login. You'll then be able to access all our materials for reps.

I already had an account for TUC Education, can I use these login details?

Unfortunately not, all users, even if you used our previous website will need to make a new account for Stream.

I already started a course on the previous TUC Education website, can I access this and pick up where I left off?

All of our self directed e-learning like our eNotes and our self study reps training - Union Reps Stage 1 and Health and Safety Stage 1 are now on Stream. You will be able to continue with these courses but I'm afraid you won't be able to see the progress you made i.e. which pages you had completed.

Due to changes to the funding for the the union learning programme, Union Learning Reps Stages 1 and 2 are not on Stream at the moment. We're currently updating these courses and will add them soon.

I started a TUC Education course online last term that was led by a tutor - how do I continue with this?

If you fall into this category, you should have received more detailed information from your tutor about the arrangements for your course. If you haven't, please contact your tutor.

I can’t create a new login for Stream

I can't find my course on Stream

A small number of our courses are being updated before we add them to Stream but they'll be up soon. Some of our diploma courses are being hosted on a different site as we transfer the content over to Stream. If you are currently registered for one of our diplomas and don't have access to your course, please contact your tutor.

I would like access to my personal or learning data from the previous TUC Education website

If you would like access to your data, including your learning achievements, from our previous website, please email tuceducationhelp@tuc.org.uk. Please note, you can only request data on yourself and not other learners.

I'm still stuck, can you help?

If you are still having trouble, please email tuceducationhelp@tuc.org.uk.
