TUC's ethnicity and gender pay gap 2023

The TUC believes that all organisations should publish information about their ethnicity and gender pay gap to support the fair treatment and reward of all workers irrespective of gender, so we are publishing our ethnicity and gender pay gap even though we have fewer than 250 employees.
