Who is this interactive learning for?

This learning is for union members and reps who want to learn about language support for workers, helping workers and strengthen the union.

How will this help me?

This learning will:

  • explain how workplace reps can support learners with learning
  • give interview tips and advice
  • suggest some of the ways to record learner action plans.
How do I complete it?

All you need is an internet-enabled mobile device (a phone or tablet) or a computer. Do as little or as much as you like each time you log on — your progress will always be saved. Next time you log on just pick up where you left off, this one will take you about 15-30 minutes to complete.

Will I get anything for doing this?
