Executive Excess - The gap between executive and employee pay within companies
This report shows that the gap between the pay of top directors and ordinary employees remains extremely high in the UK. The TUC believes that worker representation on remuneration committees has a vital role to play in addressing pay differentials and ensuring that remuneration committees fulfil their existing requirement to take into account pay and conditions elsewhere in the company when setting directors’ pay.
