Nikki Pound

Nikki works on policy development and campaigning on equality, with a particular focus on women’s equality: maternity rights, women’s equality within unions, women in the labour market, family policy, equal pay and sex discrimination.

Prior to this job, Nikki worked at the policy and campaigns officer for the Rights, International, Social and Economics department.
