Where to meet

The march will assemble at Victoria Embankment between Hungerford Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge from 11am. It will move off at 12pm and march to Hyde Park. The nearest tube stations will be Blackfriars, Southwark and St Pauls.

What to wear

The forecast for London looks good. Sunny with a high of 16°C. But this is British weather, anything can happen on the day! So check the forecast the night before and be prepared.

Comfortable shoes: If you’re planning on marching then the most important thing is to wear comfortable footwear.

Layers: Whether it gets hot or cold, layering your clothes is the easiest way to adjust to the changing temperature.

Waterproofs: Pay attention to the weather. If there’s a chance of rain, assume it’s going to rain. Pack a rain jacket or a small brolly.

Sun protection: Protect yourself from the rays - have your shades, hat and sun block ready.

What to bring

Snacks: There are catering points in Hyde Park and various shops on route to the rally. But you may want to pack your own snacks to give you that added boost along the march.

Water: It’s important to stay hydrated so make sure that you have a full bottle of water. You can top up your bottle at the water stations in Hyde Park.

Portable phone charger: Just in case your phone runs out of juice, pack a portable charger.

A sign: Show the people of the country why you’re marching! Homemade banners get noticed. Write/print/draw your messages on both sides so that no matter where somebody is standing, they can see your message.
