This report by Howard Reed of Landsman Economics, commissioned by the TUC, provides analysis of the distributional impact of cuts to departmental budgets outlined in the November 2015 Spending Review. The analysis demonstrates disproportionate cuts to the living standards of medium and low income households as a result of funding cuts to a range of public services including health, education, social care and transport.
