TUC Women's Conference 2022

This event took place as part of TUC Women’s Conference 2022 with the support of the TUC Anti-Racism Taskforce. 

The panel discusses priorities and organising for change to tackle the intersecting discriminations of sexism, racism and classism Black women face at work and in our movement and the work affiliates are doing to address this, and the work of the Anti-Racism Taskforce.  

The panel also discusses the disproportionate impact of the pandemic on Black women and what needs to happen to tackle Racism and sexism in the workplace society more broadly.
