TUC Equality Audit - Video Presentation

10 years ago the TUC setup a biannual equality audit. This was in response to the findings of its own Stephen Lawrence task group. The aim of the audit was to ensure unions were doing all they could to promote equality and eliminate harassment, prejudice and discrimination in the workplace and beyond. This video highlights the progress in unions’ efforts over the past decade to advance equality in the workplace.
