We are organised throughout the civil service and government agencies, making us the UK’s largest civil service trade union. We also organise widely in the private sector, usually in areas that have been privatised.

PCS is looking for enthusiastic Organising Officers that can bring creativity to the way we recruit and retain members.  You will provide direct support for union organising and campaigning events at workplaces. You will build membership and activist levels and increase membership participation in the Union’s democracy and campaigns.  You will achieve this by working in the field in line with the PCS national organising and campaigning priorities.
