Promoting and protecting the rights of women workers in the agricultural sector in Palestine
Women make up the majority of the workforce in the agricultural sector in Palestine and the illegal settlements. They face systemic discrimination, low wages and poor working conditions. Most workers do not know about their rights or how to enforce them. The greatest challenge these women face is the negative impact of the occupation on the agricultural sector.
