Rashida Din is the first Muslim President of The Teachers Union - NASUWT April 2024-25. She is currently the Ex-President and a Pension Trustee. She has been able to voice the plight of children during war torn areas internationally including at the UN Commission on the Rights of Women in New York. She has been a proud serving Teacher since 1996 and has taught across Primary, Secondary and SEMH schools.
