Matt Wrack is the General Secretary of NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union, having been elected by members in July 2025. He previously served as General Secretary of the Fire Brigades Union and was President of the Trades Union Congress in 2023–24. With a long-standing background in trade union leadership, he has decades of experience in representing public sector workers.
