Felicity Stock

Felicity (Flick) Stock is a key part of the Policy and Communications Support Officer team for TUC Cymru, where she plays a pivotal role in organising events, maintaining the TUC Cymru website, and coordinating the organisation's newsletters. She also leads the planning and execution of the TUC Cymru Biennial Congress.

Flick collaborates closely with the Senior Management Team, particularly in managing TUC Cymru's finances, where her passion for spreadsheets and structured processes is especially valuable.

She works alongside the General Secretary and National Officers, contributing to the establishment of governance frameworks within TUC Cymru. Additionally, Flick partners with the Equalities Policy Officer and Organising and Development Officers, supporting various aspects of the organisation’s operations.

Driven by a strong commitment to promoting equality and fostering a diverse movement, Flick is actively involved in the planning and delivery of the TUC Cymru Activist Development Programmes.

In her role as JNC Secretary, a position she has held since January 2023, Flick embraces the challenges and responsibilities that come with the role.

A dedicated advocate for adult education and a former Union Learning Representative for TUC Cymru and the broader TUC, Flick is passionate about encouraging development opportunities through learning for as many people as possible.
