About

Chloe is an organising and development officer specialising in young workers across Wales. She has previously worked for Welsh Labour as an organiser. She has also worked as a senior researcher and communications officer for a Member of Senedd.

Chloe is a Cardiff University Alumni, qualifying for a master’s degree in political communication. During her studies, Chloe worked on the mainstream media reporting of the Cambridge Analytica data harvesting scandal during the 2016 EU Referendum. She later went on to work on the impact of data harvesting from a social justice perspective, including the introduction of digital technologies in the workplace.

Chloe has coordinated several social justice demonstrations, such as a Reclaim the Night march in 2017, demanding an end to sexual harassment, and the 2019 Deliveries 4 Refugees campaign that sent essential items to Calais. In 2020, Chloe coordinated the Bridgend and Porthcawl Black Lives Matter protests, arguing that anti-racist action across Wales needed to come from small-town communities in conjunction with cities.

Chloe has advocated for more opportunities for women and marginalised communities in trade unions and politics, particularly the barriers associated with childcare and caring responsibilities.
