Reform UK wants to steal your rights - here's how workers are fighting back

Published date
Yesterday, union members and supporters held a day of action as part of the stop the steal campaign. Thousands of posters were delivered to workplaces and communities around the country to help spread the word about Reform UK’s threat to repeal the Employment Rights Act.

The action comes just days after Nigel Farage invited unions to affiliate to Reform UK, claiming the party is on the side of working people.

The truth is that Reform UK is bankrolled by corporate interests and crypto billionaires who want to keep the rules rigged in favour of the rich and powerful.

Trade union members and supporters have come together to show they know Farage will say whatever it takes to win votes — but won't stand up for working people in government.

Their plan to repeal the Employment Rights Act would steal away the right to day one sick pay and protection from fire and rehire and zero-hours contracts.

Many of Reform UK’s leading voices show contempt for unions - the very organisations that won the rights and protections they want to strip away.
