The TUC LESE LGBT+ Network brings together trade union members from across London, the East and South East who identify as LGBT+.

The network provides a safe and supportive space for members to raise issues, share experiences, and campaign for equality and inclusion in the workplace and wider society. It also acts as a regional link to the National TUC LGBT+ Committee, supporting and promoting its work across the region.

Working collaboratively with other equality committees and trade union bodies, the network challenges discrimination, promotes inclusive policies, and celebrates LGBT+ identities through events, education, and activism.

All LGBT+ members are welcome to get involved, contribute ideas, and help build a more inclusive and equitable future.
