This role is at the heart of our mission and the post holder will work with the Regional Organiser (Education), the Regional Management Team, branches, the education team and wider organising team to identify member learning, help create bespoke learning packages to assist members with continuous professional development and encourage engagement with their union.
In particular, the role will include:
You will be well organised with the ability to work in a team and able to take lead responsibility for projects. The UNISON Regional Centre is in Belfast, but the post will require significant activity in locations across Northern Ireland.
