ABOUT THE CENTRE
The Centre for Progressive Change is a not-for-profit organisation aimed at building national organising campaigns for a more progressive society. We are an ambitious organisation focused on being pragmatic and strategic in creating the changes we seek. Over the last 3.5 years we have been leading the Safe Sick Pay campaign.

Through our joint efforts, we successfully secured into the Employment Rights Act four changes to Statutory Sick Pay legislation. These changes came into effect in April and improved the Statutory Sick Pay of 10 million employees in the UK. We are now looking to capitalise on these legislative successes to gain our next big policy change: increasing the rate of Statutory Sick Pay.

SAFE SICK PAY CAMPAIGN DIRECTOR
We are looking for a Safe Sick Pay Campaign Director that will be part of the newly formed Executive Team.
This role will be in charge of the Safe Sick Pay campaign including the strategy to see an increase in the rate of Statutory Sick Pay, fundraising to implement the strategy, hiring campaign team members, supporting the team to implement the strategy, holding the key stakeholder relationships, driving the campaign, and delivering parts of the campaign where needed.
