Employment Relations Officer (England & Wales)

The Royal College of Podiatry is the professional body representing chiropodists and podiatrists across the UK. Podiatry is the field of medicine that specialises in diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders of the foot and lower limb.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the Royal College of Podiatry as an Employment Relations officer for England and Wales, to provide a comprehensive Employment Relations service to Union Representatives, and Members of the College and develop and deliver a trade union strategy. To defend/improve Pay, Terms & Conditions of Employment for College Members and to negotiate on behalf of the College and its members with Employers at local, regional and devolved Governmental levels.
