Drive for Change is a website sponsored by the Public Services Forum which brings together the Government, public service trade unions and employers to promote workforce development.
The website has been developed as a joint project between the TUC and the Cabinet Office specifically for people working in the public services. It provides a practical guide for improving services through the effective engagement of trade unions and the workforce.
Drive for Change has been designed for public service managers and trade union representatives to use together with employees and provides a mixture of self assessment, guidance and activities to support closer dialogue and joint working.
