Alex is Director of Communications at the TUC. Alex leads on leads on the development and implementation of TUC's communication strategies.

Alex joined the TUC in 2012 as a press officer before leading the TUC's media work on priority campaigns and events - including the Employment Rights Bill.

Prior to joining the TUC Alex worked at UCU and as a journalist at the BBC.
