The LESE LGBT+ Committee is dedicated to promoting equality, inclusion, and respect for LGBT+ workers across the region. The committee provides a safe and supportive space for LGBT+ trade union members to raise issues, share experiences, and campaign for positive change in workplaces and society.

Working in collaboration with other equality committees and trade union bodies, the committee addresses discrimination, advocates for inclusive policies, and celebrates LGBT+ identities through events, education, and activism.

All LGBT+ members are welcome to get involved, contribute ideas, and help build a more inclusive and equitable future for everyone.
