Welcome to our all-new Organisers Network, a space for union organisers across our movement to connect, learn, share experiences, and strengthen relationships across unions.
TUC Organisers Network
Throughout the year ahead, we'll host a series of online and in-person events to:
- deepen our collective understanding of emerging threats and challenges in an ever-changing organising landscape
- prepare unions for the new organising context created by the Employment Rights Act 2025
- create a multi‑union network of trade union organisers
The network is primarily for union staff but there will be some sessions open to reps interested in organising and growth.
