UNISON is leading the way in the management of members casework with its online branch case work system.

UNISON’s Case Systems Team supports staff and activists in using the organisation’s case management system.

Are you motivated towards helping system users, able to provide training and guidance and the support the back office processes the system needs?

About this Job

UNISON is looking for two enthusiastic people to complete the staffing of our Case Systems Team. 

The successful candidate will bring their experience and skills to the role and be able to organise and provide training, manage support for users queries and work together to develop initiatives to support branch and staff in using the case management system.

You will have excellent presentation and communication skills whether face-to-face, in writing and online, and be motivated towards providing support to system users.

You should be IT literate and have the ability to operate databases and other systems in support of the service. 

The ability work in line with the union’s objectives including its commitment to equal opportunities is a requirement for this role.
