Trustee knowledge, understanding and conversance

OPRA has just published its draft scope document outlining requirements for trustee knowledge, understanding and conversance. It is currently carrying out an informal pre-consultation on the document and has provided questionnaires on its website to obtain feedback on the draft document.

OPRA is seeking trustee input and the TUC would encourage Member Trustee Network participate if at all possible. This is an important opportunity to work with the regulator to ensure that future requirements on trustees are sensible and achieve positive outcomes.
