Employment Justice: Is there a different way to make employment rights a reality?

Employment rights are still only theoretical for too many workers, leading to exploitation, job insecurity and contributing to poverty. Citizens Advice Employment Justice project is analysing the type of employment problems seen by bureaux in London and aims identify ways that Citizens Advice bureaux can engage with employers to improve HR practice and prevent problems arising.
