Overview

Join a special Reps Connect event brought to you by the TUC South West Women's Committee.

In many workplaces, the male perspective continues to be treated as the default measure for improving safety at work. Issues affecting women are therefore commonly overlooked. Women workers are forced to navigate issues from ineffective and uncomfortable PPE and equipment to unsupportive leave policies, and have had enough.

Come and learn more about what ordinary women are doing to stand up for our right to healthy and safe working conditions, and how you can improve conditions at your workplace too.

This event is for all activists, reps and members to hear and learn more from those working hard to achieve safer work environments and practices for all.
