It's that time of year when retired union and trade council members in the South West come together to discuss various topics that relate to pensioners.
We have many speakers including:
- Neil Duncan-Jordan MP for Poole speaking on Triple lock Pensions and Pensioners Poverty
- Nicholas Pearce, University of Bath speaking on National perspectives for Pensioners
- Lisa Gunner, Thompsons Solicitors speaking on the history between Thompsons Solicitors and trade unions
- Dave Chapple, TUCJCC South West representative speaking on Trades Councils and interaction with unions and committee

Parking Facilities
Very limited parking in and around Tony Benn House, with spaces on street using pay & display facilities for shorter visits, but no long stay parking within the immediate vicinity – lots of parking is available in the Broadmead/Cabot Circus area, and some in the vicinity of Temple Meads.

Unfortunately, there is no disabled parking at Tony Benn House, so people would need to use their Blue Badges in the local area.
Bicycles
Please note we do not have indoor storage facilities for bikes.
There are some rails that you can lock your bike to in the car park at the rear of the office. You will need to bring your own locks.

Bristol Temple Meads station is a 5-minute walk from the office, and we are surrounded by bus stops to get in and out of the City.
