The final agenda contains the text of the motions and amendments submitted by unions, as well as the nominations to the General Council and General Purposes Committee.

It has the full composited version of all the motions and amendments and will be updated at the end of the day with details of whether they have passed, fallen or been remitted.
Programme of Business
Congress sessions will be as follows:
- Sunday: 16.00 - 19.00
- Monday: 9.30 -12.45 then 2.15 - 5.30
- Tuesday: 9.30-12.45 then 2.15 - 5.30
- Wednesday: 9.30 -12.45, then 2.15 until conclusion of business (4pm at the latest)
As usual the lunch arrangements may vary slightly from day-to-day according to the stage reached in the proceedings. Congress Hall will close for part of lunchtime on Monday and Tuesday between 12:45 - 14:00.
General Council Report
This report contains details of the work undertaken by the General Council during the past year, 2025-2026.
Fringe listings
Lunchtime fringes are from 12:45 – 14:00 and evening fringes are from 17:45- 19:00 aside from Sunday, which will be after Congress plenary. Fringe meeting rooms are located in many areas of the venue.
