Rhianydd Williams is the Equality and Policy Officer at TUC Cymru. She leads on work to advance equality, inclusion and fair work across Wales. With two decades of experience spanning government, politics, trade unions and the third sector, she has played a key role in shaping policy and campaigns that tackle workplace inequality and improve conditions for workers.

Her work includes campaigns work on menopause, disability, autism awareness, mental health, sexual harassment, the rights of older workers, LGBTQ+ equality and anti-racism. Through engagement with unions, employers, government and social partners, Rhianydd works to ensure that equality is embedded within workplace practice and public policy.
