Catrin Roberts is a member of RCM and is a midwife with 14 years' experience in a variety of maternity care settings, including an educational role at Bangor University. Her doctoral research examines the use of the mother tongue during labour and birth. Catrin aims to implement her discoveries in practice, raising awareness of the importance of language choice in maternity care.
