Wales TUC Forums and Networks

Wales TUC works with officers, reps and members to establish networks and forums within Wales focusing on specific areas of work and development

Equality forums

Wales TUC helps trade unionists organise equality forums. These are an opportunity for trade union members to discuss with others issues of importance based on their identity.

The equality forums will cover the following equality streams:

LGBTQ+
Women
Welsh language
Race
Young workers
Disabled workers

The forums are led by elected members of the Wales TUC General Council and the aim of these groups is to provide solidarity, safe spaces and an opportunity to work with other trade unionists.

If you identify with any of these identities and you are a union member, you are welcome to join.
