Overview

This event will you give you a better understanding of workers rights, broaden your understanding of employment law, and give you the knowledge and confidence to exercise your rights at work.

3 productive workshops: 

1/ Learning Opportunities (free online courses) by John James at Coleg Gwent  

2/ Getting a Job in Wales, by career Wales

3/ Know Your Rights at Work & Joining a Trade Union, by an experienced union officer or rep (TBC)

What are your rights in the workplace? How do you know how to access them? What is a trade union and why is it worth joining one? Find the answers to all these questions in this session!
