Organise Now was designed to give trade unionists ideas for new campaigns to run in your workplace and new communication techniques.

Organise Now: A conference for trade unionists in the 21st century
Join us for a day of inspiring talks and practical workshops to help you organise in your workplace.
This event is open to reps and activists from all unions and sectors in Wales. It’s an opportunity to:
- Learn new organising tactics
- Hear reps’ and officers’ experiences
- Swap notes on what’s working well for trade unionists in other unions and workplaces
- Listen to inspirational speakers from across our movement
Speakers will be announced soon but will cover the pertinent topics of:
- Tackling the far right
- Digital organising
- Engaging young workers
- Organising in new spaces
The event is free of charge and lunch will be provided.
Trade union representatives are entitled to reasonable paid time off to take part in education and training. Please ask your union for further advice if you need support to get time off to attend.
This event will also take place in Deeside on 19 March.
