Working class and other exploited communities are those at greatest threat of harm from a changing climate and from a transition to a green economy managed by bosses and organised capital.
Our Just Transition Network is a vehicle with which workers can shape the transition in Yorkshire and the Humber. It’s a TUC-convened open forum for all workplace green reps, other trade unionists, and allies to learn from each other, build campaigns, debate solutions, meet like-minded comrades, and work towards a just and fair transition in our region.
It’s also a mailing list via which you can hear all the latest green trade union news and learn of all the key climate activist event from our region and beyond.
Join us today to be part of the green solution in our part of the world.
You can see recordings and minutes of our previous meetings below. If you have suggestions for future content you’d like to see, please contact Yorkshire and Humber TUC’s Green Bargaining Officer.
