Organise 2020 is the TUC’s free festival of ideas in union organising. Join activists and staff from across the TUC’s unions this July for 3 days of online events.
Organise together

From 9 to 11 July, we’ll showcase union organising stories from around the UK and around the world, host debates on major trends in organising, and offer online training sessions in key organising topics and new digital technologies.

We aim to link reps and organisers around the country, build their skills and inspiration, and support unions in working together to recruit and organise new members and their workplaces.

Sign up to Organise 2020 mailing list and you’ll be the first to hear what’s happening and how you can sign up to the events.

Message from Frances O'Grady

Frances O'Grady

"It’s a huge pleasure to welcome you to our forthcoming three-day organising festival, and what promises to be a wonderful, upbeat, unifying event. And it has one simple aim:

To rebuild our collective strength by putting organising at the heart of everything we do.

We’ve got a packed programme of brilliant speakers, stimulating debates and diverse topics. Whether it’s fighting the far right, achieving zero carbon in a fair and just way, or organising for equality, there’s sure to be something to interest you.

The Covid-19 crisis has underlined the value of strong trades unions, and we’ve got a unique opportunity to build back stronger. So spread the word and sign up. And if you already have, then we look forward to seeing you at one of the biggest and brightest festivals of trades unionism for years.

Frances O'Grady
TUC general secretary
