About this resource

A recent study by the TUC found that more than half of all women, and nearly two-thirds of women aged 18-24 years old have been sexually harassed at work. Victims can feel humiliated and undermined and may suffer lasting effects.

You can help tackle sexual harassment, and change the way it's viewed and dealt with in your workplace.

This guide is for union reps. It will help you challenge attitudes to sexual harassment and give you guidance on how to deal with it in the workplace. If you have been on the receiving end of sexual harassment, this eNote will help you see how your union can help you.

How will this guide help me?
