TUC Submission to the Technical and Further Education Bill Committee

The TUC submission supports the development of an integrated apprenticeships and technical education system and the decision to extend the remit of the Institute for Apprenticeships so that it has responsibility for technical education standards as well. The submission highlights a number of challenges that need to be addressed in order to ensure that the proposed reforms successfully deliver on this.
