Are you a young worker interested in becoming more active in the movement? Are you a young worker concerned about the rise of the far right and wondering what you can do to help tackle it? If your answer to either of these questions is yes, then our new Future Leaders Programme might be just what you're looking for!

TUC Northern and TUC North West are running an exciting new skills-based development programme to help the young workers of today become the activists and leaders of tomorrow!

As part of the programme participants will:

  • take part in a number of bespoke workshops specifically designed to help develop skills in campaigning, organising and leading others;
  • learn about the Holocaust through a five day visit to Auschwitz and Krakow, Poland; and
  • design and deliver, along with the other participants, a local campaign during Young Workers Month 2019.

The programme will run from August to November, with the trip to Poland taking place from the 14 October to the 18 October 2019.

Please click here for further information on the programme content, structure and timescales.
